Section 1 Review Seminars

Open to Grey Belts and above – We will be going through the entire Section 1 curriculum on February 9th in two 90-minute seminars. 

Part 1 – Striking and Stand-up – 2:30pm 
Part 2 – Grappling & Groundwork – 4:00pm

You do not have to be taking the Orange Belt test to attend this review.
In fact, we highly encourage upper levels students to attend the review as well, as we will be going over what the important technical points are for each technique. 

Show up, train hard, and then write all that shit down in your training journal afterwards.
