In these seminars, we will be going through the entire Section 1 curriculum in two 90-minute sessions.

3:30-5pm Grappling & Ground

You do not have to be taking the test to attend! In fact, we highly encourage students of all levels, Grey Belt & above, to attend these seminars!

We will be covering all of the important technical points for each technique in Section 1, so it’s an excellent opportunity to get a leg up in your training! You can attend one session or both!
