All classes on New Year’s Day are FREE and open to the public!

You have 4 options to choose from:

• Heavy Bag at 12:00pm
• Heavy Bag at 6:00pm
• Krav Maga 1 at 6:00pm
• Strike Lab at 7:15pm

Bring boxing gloves if you’ve got them, but if not, we have gloves that you can borrow!
