Hello Austin!
We are thrilled to announce the opening of Lions Krav Maga & Conditioning in Austin, TX! The creation of a neighborhood self-defense school that prioritizes building a stronger, safer community has been our dream together for over 2 years, and we are elated that on February 2nd, this dream will finally become a reality!
We were fortunate enough to establish a partnership with The Austin Center for Martial Arts, a martial arts and self-defense co-operative in north-central Austin. You know that Federico Archuleta mural at 51st and I-35? The Austin Center for Martial Arts occupies the entire second floor of that building.
Lions Krav Maga is an affiliate of Krav Maga Global (KMG), an organization that spans 60 countries and was founded by Eyal Yanilov, the only person in the world to whom Krav Maga creator, Grand Master Imi Sde-Or, presented the Founders Diploma of Excellence. Eyal regularly makes trips to the US to offer courses and workshops to Krav Maga students of all levels. It’s pretty exciting to get to train with one of the highest ranked Krav Maga instructors in the world!
