Session 1 – Striking & Stand-up: 2-3:30pm

Session 2 – Grappling & Ground: 3:30-5pm

You do not have to be taking the Belt Test to attend this review!!
Though if you ARE testing, then we strongly encourage you to attend this seminar.

This is designed for students to get a complete overview of the full curriculum & to clear up any questions about what is the “official” way to perform a technique.

Section 1 Review is open to Grey Belts & above 

Section 2 Review is open to Orange Belts & above

Participants will need to be in the gym by the start of the session ready to work. The doors will be locked at the start of each session. 

Show up, train hard, and then write it all down in your training journal afterwards.
