Unfortunately, school shootings are a terrifying part of our reality these days. At Lions, we don’t believe that teaching children about this reality should be scary, nor does it have to be! 

At our annual Krav in the Park event, we will teach you and your child all about gun safety and how to react & get to safety in an Active Shooter situation. And we will do it through games & activities that are FUN, not scary!

Each student must have an adult participating with them as their “safe grownup” during their class. Adults will also get to learn about how they can respond to an Active Shooter in order to keep their children safe. 

Youth, Junior, and Advanced Divisions (age 6-12) — 10:30 AM-12:30 PM

Here’s what you should wear/bring:

→Water appropriate clothing, like a rashguard and swim trunks, or clothes you don’t mind getting wet.
**Krav Junior students should wear their swimsuit under their uniform.
→Water shoes (NO FLIP FLOPS, unless they have a back strap!)
→Towel
→Sunscreen
→Bug spray
→Water bottle
→Water squirters/toys if you’ve got ’em.

This event is FREE but registration is REQUIRED! We encourage ALL of our Krav Junior students to attend!!
