Our classes are adaptable to meet the needs of men and women and nonbinary friends, young and old.
Krav Maga – Beginners
This class is perfect for beginner students looking to learn all of the basic techniques for the first level of Krav Maga practice. If you’ve never studied Krav Maga or any style of martial arts or self-defense, this class would be an ideal place to start.
Heavy Bag
Punch and kick your way into knockout shape with this strength-building, lung-challenging, ass-kicking workout! Burn up to 1000 calories in this high-intensity class that utilizes plyometrics, Tabata training, and a range of boxing and kickboxing techniques. Spend 60 minutes in what sports scientists agree is one of the best total body workouts available.
Fight Tactics
In these classes, we examine the elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, Judo, boxing, Muay Thai, and other world class fighting disciplines in order to build the most effective fundamental fighting skills for self defense scenarios.
Fight Church
If you have never taken one of Jason Fryer’s sparring classes, try one this week! This class was designed to provide a comprehensive sparring curriculum that allows you to test your Krav Maga skills against other students in a safe and constructive environment. The class is suitable for ALL levels, from first-timers to long-time Krav Maga enthusiasts. Join us this Sunday to get fit and have some fun!
Groundwork Open Mat
The great majority of fights end up going to the ground. This class is all about getting comfortable on the ground, learning how to flow from one position to another, and how to move into a dominant position from a disadvantageous one. A big piece of this class is about increasing one’s level of body awareness & comfort with ground fighting. It is a noncompetitive environment in which we work with our partners, as opposed to fighting or competing with them. This way, everyone’s skills improve.
