Krav Maga 1
This class is perfect for beginner students looking to learn all of the basic techniques for the first level of Krav Maga practice. If you’ve never studied Krav Maga or any style of martial arts or self defense, this class would be an ideal place to start.
In these classes, we examine the elements of street fight scenarios and learn to apply basic concepts to ensure that if one ever ended up in a similar scenario that he or she would be able to “win” by getting home safely. We will show how techniques learned in the Krav Maga classes can be applied when you are confronted by one or more aggressive opponents.
If you have never taken one of Jason Fryer’s sparring classes, try one this week! This class was designed to provide a comprehensive sparring curriculum that allows you to test your Krav Maga skills against other students in a safe and constructive environment. The class is suitable for ALL levels, from first timers to long-time Krav Maga enthusiasts. Join us this Sunday to get fit and have some fun!
This class focuses on defending against attacks with weapons such as a gun, stick, or knife. We will train how to keep yourself and your loved ones safe, as well as how to disarm the weapon.
The great majority of fights end up going to the ground. This class will show you how to defend yourself on the ground and stay in a dominant position.
